Beginning in 2010, I worked in both public accounting and internal accounting environments, ranging from publicly traded corporations to small businesses in a variety of industries and backgrounds. Throughout this time, I noticed that organizations were often faced with a dilemma: pay a premium for high quality accounting resources, or save costs by sacrificing the quality of accounting services to the detriment of the organization’s financial health.
